Dear Nori, Congratulations on your 75th anniversary of Anzen Hardware! What an exciting accomplishment. Your store has benefited not only Little Tokyo, but many areas beyond as well. My wife and I live in Torrance and always stop by your store whenever we're in the area to see what we might need. It has always been a pleasure to visit with you when we came into your store as you were always so helpful. And it was even more interesting to talk with you after reading your history from news articles - such as your very successful career as a boxing manager of world champions.
I've purchased a majority of the Japanese chisels you offer to enhance my woodworking tools. I'm emailing a photo of one of my woodworking projects where I used my Anzen Hardware chisels - a torii-themed garden sign for my father-in-law, Kazuto Taniguchi (442nd RCT member).
